1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Super Box TV Now website, placing an order, purchasing a device, using a device, or interacting with any related product, service, support channel, or website feature, you acknowledge and agree to this Legal Disclaimer, Terms of Use, and Responsible Streaming Device Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, do not use the website, purchase a device, or use any Super Box TV Now product or service.

2. Business Role and Device-Only Sale

Super Box TV Now sells streaming media devices and related consumer electronic hardware only. Super Box TV Now does not sell, provide, host, distribute, operate, control, or guarantee any third-party apps, channels, streaming services, media libraries, live television services, video-on-demand services, sports programming, movies, shows, pay-per-view events, or other content.

The devices sold by Super Box TV Now are standalone, general-purpose streaming media players intended to connect a television or monitor to the internet for personal home entertainment use. The devices may allow users to install compatible third-party applications, access authorized streaming platforms, play personal or online digital media, and customize their home entertainment environment.

Super Box TV Now is not a cable provider, satellite provider, IPTV provider, streaming service, broadcaster, content network, content provider, or subscription service provider.

3. No Monthly Service Fees From Super Box TV Now

Super Box TV Now does not charge monthly service fees for ownership or ordinary use of the device. Customers buy the device once from Super Box TV Now unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.

The phrase “No Monthly Fees” means that Super Box TV Now does not bill customers a recurring monthly service fee for the device. It does not mean that internet service, third-party apps, third-party streaming services, paid subscriptions, rentals, purchases, accounts, premium content, cable service, satellite service, or any other third-party charges are included or free.

Internet service, third-party applications, third-party accounts, subscriptions, paid services, content fees, taxes, payment processing charges, and any other third-party costs are separate and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Internet, Equipment, and Technical Requirements

An internet connection is required to use the device. A compatible television, monitor, display, HDMI input, power source, Wi-Fi network, Ethernet connection, router, and/or other equipment may be required depending on the customer setup.

Streaming quality, app performance, picture quality, buffering, loading speed, device responsiveness, and availability of features may depend on internet speed, network stability, router quality, third-party apps, service provider limitations, customer equipment, geographic location, and other conditions outside the control of Super Box TV Now.

5. Third-Party Apps, Platforms, Services, and Content

Super Box TV Now devices may support installation or use of compatible third-party applications, app stores, platforms, websites, or streaming services. Those third-party applications, platforms, services, websites, and content are developed, operated, controlled, updated, priced, restricted, and governed solely by their respective third-party providers.

Super Box TV Now does not host, store, provide, distribute, transmit, pre-load, control, manage, operate, license, sell, or guarantee third-party content, third-party apps, third-party channels, third-party media, or third-party streaming services.

Any customer interaction with third-party applications, platforms, services, accounts, subscriptions, policies, payment systems, content, advertising, restrictions, or support is exclusively between the customer and the applicable third-party provider.

Third-party app availability, content availability, service availability, features, pricing, subscriptions, account requirements, geographic restrictions, user terms, privacy policies, and service rules may change, be suspended, be removed, require payment, require an account, or stop working at any time without notice to Super Box TV Now or the customer.

6. Compatible Apps and Third-Party Brand References

Any reference to third-party apps, platforms, services, or brand names, including examples such as YouTube, Netflix, or other streaming services, is for compatibility, identification, or informational purposes only. Such references do not mean that Super Box TV Now owns, operates, controls, includes, sponsors, endorses, provides, or is affiliated with those third-party apps, platforms, services, or brands.

Customers must use their own lawful accounts and subscriptions for any third-party services that require an account, payment, license, or subscription. Access to third-party services is controlled by those providers and is subject to their own terms of service, privacy policies, pricing, regional restrictions, and account rules.

Netflix, YouTube, Google, Android, Google Play, HBO, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, ESPN, and any other third-party names, marks, logos, product names, service names, or trademarks mentioned on the website or in customer communications belong to their respective owners. Super Box TV Now does not claim ownership of those third-party marks and does not claim sponsorship, approval, partnership, authorization, or endorsement unless expressly stated in writing.

7. Lawful Use and Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for using the device, website, third-party apps, third-party services, accounts, subscriptions, and content in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, copyright rules, intellectual property rules, consumer laws, privacy laws, import/export laws, and the terms of service of each third-party provider.

Customer responsibility includes, without limitation, the applications installed on the device, the content accessed through those applications, the customer accounts used, any subscriptions or paid services used, regional copyright and media laws, local restrictions, and the manner in which the device is operated.

Super Box TV Now does not monitor, supervise, control, approve, or direct how individual customers operate their devices or what third-party apps, accounts, services, or content they choose to access.

8. Prohibited Activities

Customers may not use any Super Box TV Now product, the website, or any related service for unlawful, unauthorized, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:

  • Accessing, downloading, streaming, sharing, distributing, selling, or promoting pirated, unauthorized, or illegally obtained content.
  • Streaming, rebroadcasting, retransmitting, recording, distributing, or publicly displaying copyrighted material without proper authorization, license, subscription, or legal right.
  • Using software, apps, add-ons, websites, services, credentials, playlists, subscriptions, links, or systems intended to facilitate copyright infringement or unauthorized access to protected content.
  • Circumventing digital rights management, access controls, encryption, geographic restrictions, account restrictions, authentication systems, payment systems, or service restrictions in violation of applicable law or third-party terms.
  • Rebroadcasting or retransmitting protected media, live events, sports programming, movies, shows, pay-per-view programming, or subscription content without authorization.
  • Using the device or website to violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, communications, consumer protection, anti-spam, import/export, or other applicable laws.
  • Using the website to gain unauthorized access to systems or servers, interfere with website functionality or security, scrape or copy website content, misuse website data, or engage in fraud, abuse, or technical attacks.

9. Company Position on Copyright Protection

Super Box TV Now respects copyright owners, intellectual property rights, licensed streaming platforms, lawful digital content ecosystems, and authorized content providers.

Super Box TV Now products are intended to function as neutral hardware platforms that customers may use to access lawful entertainment services, authorized applications, personal media, and legitimate digital content. Super Box TV Now does not endorse, support, encourage, facilitate, authorize, or participate in piracy, illegal streaming, unauthorized access, copyright infringement, or any unlawful use of the device.

Customers are strongly encouraged to support licensed streaming platforms, authorized content providers, and lawful digital media services.

10. No Guarantee of Content, Apps, Channels, or Services

Super Box TV Now does not guarantee that any specific app, channel, service, content, show, movie, sports event, live stream, network, website, platform, feature, subscription, or third-party service will be available, accessible, compatible, free, uninterrupted, lawful in a particular location, or continue to work after purchase.

Third-party providers may modify, restrict, remove, discontinue, block, require payment for, or change access to their apps, services, content, accounts, APIs, or terms at any time. Such changes are outside the control of Super Box TV Now.

11. Product Information, Features, Updates, and Availability

Super Box TV Now makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, compatibility details, and availability information. However, product information may become outdated due to device updates, software updates, manufacturer changes, app changes, service changes, technical improvements, supply changes, or other circumstances.

Product availability, pricing, features, specifications, software, firmware, interface, remote functions, storage, performance, packaging, accessories, images, and descriptions may change from time to time without prior notice. Images are for illustration purposes only and may differ from actual products.

Software, firmware, operating system features, app compatibility, device interface, app store access, and system performance may change through updates or third-party changes. Super Box TV Now does not guarantee that any specific software version, third-party app, interface feature, or device feature will remain unchanged.

12. Orders, Payments, Fraud Prevention, and Pricing Errors

Super Box TV Now reserves the right to review, cancel, refuse, limit, or decline orders in situations involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, payment issues, chargeback risk, pricing inaccuracies, technical errors, inventory issues, reseller policy concerns, abuse, suspicious activity, or violations of this policy.

Super Box TV Now may correct pricing, product, shipping, availability, or technical errors at any time. If an order is affected by an error, Super Box TV Now may cancel the order, issue a refund, request updated payment, or contact the customer for correction.

Super Box TV Now is not responsible for purchases made from unauthorized sellers, fraudulent sources, impersonators, counterfeit sellers, or third parties that are not connected with the customer purchase from Super Box TV Now.

Customers and visitors agree to use the Super Box TV Now website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this policy. Customers and visitors may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Super Box TV Now systems, servers, accounts, payment systems, data, website code, or security features.

For all other countries, customers must comply with all applicable local and national laws.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the customer jurisdiction. If any part of this policy conflicts with non-waivable consumer protection law, the non-waivable law will control to the extent of the conflict.

Products and services are not intended for sale, support, promotion, or use in Mainland China unless expressly stated in writing by Super Box TV Now.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website, products, product information, support information, and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis except as expressly stated in a written warranty or return policy provided by Super Box TV Now.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Super Box TV Now, its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers, payment processors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages arising from or related to the website, device, purchase, use, setup, third-party apps, third-party services, content access, subscriptions, internet service, outages, feature changes, misuse, illegal use, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, unauthorized sellers, fraudulent sources, product misunderstandings, or inability to use the device.

Super Box TV Now is not liable for any misuse of the device, illegal activity by a customer, third-party service interruption, app removal, content removal, account suspension, subscription charge, internet problem, regional restriction, third-party policy change, unauthorized content access, copyright infringement by a user, or customer failure to comply with laws or third-party terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Super Box TV Now for any claim related to a product purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer to Super Box TV Now for the specific product giving rise to the claim, excluding taxes, shipping, third-party charges, subscriptions, and unrelated purchases.

20. Customer Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Super Box TV Now, its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers, affiliates, and representatives from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising from or related to:

  • The customer use or misuse of the device, website, third-party apps, third-party services, accounts, subscriptions, or content.
  • The customer violation of applicable law, copyright law, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, consumer protection rules, import/export rules, anti-spam rules, or third-party terms of service.
  • The customer access to, distribution of, streaming of, or use of unauthorized, pirated, infringing, illegal, or unlicensed content.
  • The customer fraud, chargeback abuse, false information, unauthorized transaction, or violation of this policy.

21. Right to Restrict, Refuse, or Terminate Service
