At SuperBox TV Now, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy explains the conditions, timeframes, and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States and Canada.
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your product to request a return. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your SuperBox device within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return it for a refund. All returned products must be in original, like-new condition with the original box and all included accessories. Items that show signs of use, or that arrive with damage or missing components, may not qualify for a full refund.

If you cancel your order before it has shipped, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Once we confirm the order has not yet been handed to the carrier, your refund will be processed promptly. Orders that have already shipped are handled under the standard return process above.

For returns caused by a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a replacement or full refund, including any original shipping charges.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email whether you qualify for a replacement and, if eligible, send a replacement product.
